 Red Lace Design is an environmentally friendly business and will begin using Paperless Billing to invoice its clients starting June 1st, 2009. Paperless billing is a service that allows Red Lace Design clients to receive their billing information online rather than in a printed, paper format. Paperless billing subscribers will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail and will instead receive an e-mail notification each month directing them to view and pay their bill online at the Client Login homepage of the Red Lace Design website. What will the paperless billing e-mail notification say each month?
The e-mail will notify you that your latest invoice is available to download online at your client login homepage at Red Lace Design. The email will include a direct link to make your payment through PayPal using any major credit card or PayPal account. Invoices and e-mail notifications are sent on the 1st of each month.
What e-mail address will my bill be received from?
Your invoice will come from lacey@redlacedesign.com. Please add lacey@redlacedesign.com to your list of safe e-mail contacts to ensure these messages go to your inbox and do not get routed to your junk mail folder.
How do I make a payment with paperless billing?
Red Lace Design offers a variety of ways to pay your bill. The email will contain a link and instructions on how to make your payment using PayPal. You can also send a paper check in the mail payable to 'Red Lace Design'.
What are the benefits of paperless billing?
Paperless billing is an environmentally friendly way of billing since it does not require paper bills. Paperless billing invoices are ready for review faster than paper bills and you can view all open and closed invoices online in your client login homepage which provides our clients with complete and detailed billing history for their records.
What if I want to opt-in to traditional paper billing?
Red Lace Design clients are automatically enrolled in paperless billing. If you wish to opt-in to traditional paper billing, you can send an e-mail to lacey@redlacedesign.com. There are no monthly fees to receive traditional billing.
