Do I need a website?

When deciding if you need a website, you should think about the type of business you have and what you want, or expect it, to become. Now days, an online presence is almost as important as a phone number because that is how a major percent of those people surfing the web will find your business.

What if I don't reside in the Portland area and would like to use your services?

We are able to telecommute or come on site, whichever is most convenient for you. With technology these days, we can work with you just about anywhere as long as you have a phone and internet connection. We have worked with clients all over the west coast in the United States and Canada.

Why do I need to sign a contract?

We require all our clients to sign a standard agreement which ensures that we will deliver to you what we say we will for the price you agree to pay us in the specified timeframe as outlined in the contract. This protects both our clients and Red Lace Design, we sincerely value our clients and always operate under tthe 'golden rule'.

What is your return policy?

Red Lace Design does not accept returns. If you are an existing client, please consult your contract for our cancellation and refund policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of our products or services, please contact us for additional assistance.

How do I get listed in search engines?

Search engines are able to find your site on their own using inbound links (links coming into your site) and outbound links (links going out). Google especially relies on your incoming links to determine your popularity and reliability. When we finish your website, we will do our best to ensure that your site is submitted to the major free search engines using meta tags and keywords.

Do you offer printing services?

Yes, we offer premium quality printing services for all our designs. We print in quantities from 10 - 20,000 and all print jobs include free 7-day delivery, rush delivery is also available.
