Do I need a website?

When deciding if you need a website, you need to think about the type of business you have. Almost every business will benefit from, at the very least, a simple website describing the business and giving contact information, much like an online business card. The type of business you have should dictate the size and scope of your website. Remember, 25 million people worldwide surf the web daily and 60% of people in the United States use the internet.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept eCHECK's, PayPal accounts, personal checks and business checks. Red Lace Design is a Verified Member of PayPal.

Why do I need to sign a contract?

We require all our clients to sign a standard contract which protects you as much as it protects us. We have clients who have told us over and over again they have worked with other designers and/or firms in the past who they pay and don't finish the job or even worse, disappear. With a signed contract in addition to our reliability and professionalism, it ensures that situations like that do not happen. We sincerely value our clients and always operate under the 'golden rule'.

What is your return policy?

Red Lace Design does not accept returns. If you are an existing client, please consult your contract for our cancellation and refund policy. If for any reason you are unsatisifed with any of our products or services, please contact us for additional assistance.

How do I get listed in search engines?

Search engines are able to find your site on their own using links coming into your site and links going out. Google especially relies on your incoming links to determine your popularity and reliability. When we finish your website, we will do our best to ensure that it is submitted to the major free search engines using meta tags and keywords. Do you offer printing services for your design products?

Yes, we offer high quality printing services for all our design products. Timeframe and price depend on your specific printing job.

What if I don't reside in the Portland area and would like to use your services?

We are able to telecommute or come on site, whichever is most convenient for you. With technology these days, we can work with you just about anywhere as long as your have a phone and internet connection. We have worked with clients all over the West Coast in the USA and Canada.
